I’ve used Dubsado for my own business for the past 4 years, and today I’ll show you how to optimize your appointment booking process using the powerful Dubsado scheduler.

Types of Appointments You Can Schedule with Dubsado:
The Dubsado scheduler is a versatile tool that can be used for various appointment types, such as:

How to Attach a Form to the Dubsado Scheduler:
Attaching a form to the Dubsado scheduler allows you to gather essential information from your clients before their appointments.
Here’s how you can do it:
- On the left side of the screen access the forms creator via templates, then clicking lead capture. Create a custom lead capture form in Dubsado that collects the necessary details from your clients.
- Once you’ve saved the lead capture, go back to the left hand side under templates and choose scheduler. Once you’ve customized the scheduler settings, go to the advanced tab and choose the form you want to attach.
- From the advanced tab you can also select to send a confirmation email as well as turn on appointment reminders. I usually create a 24 hour reminder as well as a 1 hour reminder before the appointment.
- Test the form integration by booking a test appointment and ensuring the form is sent correctly. You will likely need to open the scheduler in an incognito window to test this!
Now it’s time to add the Dubsado scheduler to your website so your visitors can easily book appointments with you!
You have two options here. One, you can choose the link option and add that to your website buttons. This is best when you choose to have links “open in a new tab” so that your visitor isn’t taken completely away from your website.
The 2nd option is to copy the embed/HTML code and past it inside of an HTML block on your website. This way the scheduler actually appears on your website!
